Aloft Tampa Midtown - Staycation

So excited to share with you guys this gem of a hotel I stayed at recently in Tampa, Florida.


Aloft Tampa Midtown is a gorgeous new hotel right by all of the excitement that Tampa Bay has to offer.



The Aloft Tampa Midtown Hotel is located near Westshore and Downtown with a central neighborhood that’s undeniably energetic and contemporary. Tampa International airport, Raymond James Stadium, International Plaza and Bay Street are minutes away. So your hotel stay would be great for a business trip, staycation or even if you want to catch a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game and not be far to come home and crash!


One of my favorite things about the Aloft Tampa Midtown is the stunning lobby area. There are so many bright open windows and you can help yourself to a delicious coffee or fruit flavored water.





Next door to the lobby is the WXYZ bar unfortunately the bar is closed because of COVID right now but the area is a great place to relax before heading out for the night. You can play a game of pool or sit in one of the comfy stylish tables and catch up on some work before you head to dinner.

My best friend and I caught up with a glass of wine and then decided to check out Sal Y Mar for dinner on the roof top of the Aloft Tampa Midtown.


If you are looking for a stunning roof top restaurant with beautiful Tampa views you definitely need to check out Sal Y Mar.



The restaurant gives bohemian vibes and has food for every palate. We started off with a few delicious cocktails and paired that with there house charcuterie. I highly recommend!



For our entrees we had Pan Seared Scallops (Asparagus, cucumber, tomato relish, pineapple ginger sauce) and Shrimp & Grits (Cajun shrimp, cheesy grits, garlic spinach, Nueske's bacon, green onion) both were fabulous!



We ended the night with an array of truffles & macaroons with our favorite wine The Palm Rose! What a perfect way to finish our amazing dinner!



The next day we checked out the stunning pool on the roof top right next to Sal Y Mar! Such a great place to catch some rays and relaxation.

Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek - Bday Staycation

I recently had the most beautiful stay at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek for my birthday!

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek offers 400 guestrooms as your personal sanctuary with Simmons Beautyrest mattresses (super comfy), 55" flat-screen TVs, and contemporary accents that make you feel like a princess.


Once we checked into the resort we were blown away how gorgeous our room was. From the comfortable beds to the stunning balcony views I felt like I was on an island vacation far away from home. When in reality I was only an hour and a half away from my house!



Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek left me the sweetest vacation care package. Everything from sunscreen, snacks and a delicious bottle of wine. They even gave me a letter to show where the best spots were to take instagram pictures! How cool is that?



They gave us complimentary drinks at check-in so we headed to Bar 1521 to get our cocktails. The restaurant had a beautiful outdoor seating balcony overlooking the resort and had alot of great appetizers and cocktail options for happy hour.




After enjoying our tasty drinks we headed back up to the room to change into our pool attire. The pool was huge and had so many different areas to check out. Everything from a lazy river, hot tubs, pirate ship and of course a great spot to get some pool drinks and food.

They have 5 total pools , 8 hot tubs , 2 lazy rivers and 18-hole putt-putt course! Perfect fun for the whole family. Back Bay Pool Bar and Grill also has a great selection of frozen drinks, craft beers & cocktails, wines and of course some yummy pool snacks and food.






We had booked a dinner reservation for sushi night at Bar 1521 so we went back to our room to enjoy a glass of wine and to get ready for a delicious dinner. Once we got a table we wined and dined with a ton of sushi and a tasty charcuterie board. The service was amazing and we really enjoyed our dinner ..it was top notch!






Everyday we had options to have brunch at Barista (located in the lobby) for on-the-go Starbucks coffee and teas, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, and more. If you have time to sit down for breakfast/brunch I highly recommend Tesoro Cove. You can have a hearty breakfast buffet, which includes hot entrées, fresh fruit,

and more. Don't forget a tasty mimosa or bloody mary to pair with your brunch!





Our last day of our stay at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek they sent the sweetest birthday gift up to my room! This included a cupcake, card and my favorite champagne!




My overall stay was amazing. From the service, to our gorgeous room, beautiful pool area and delicious dining experience I will definitely be back. Next time I need to try out there spa for a massage or facial!



Also if you are traveling and will be visiting Disney, Universal or the Seaworld parks definitely look into staying at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. You are not far from the parks.

QWO Treatment - Holcomb & Kreithen

Who is ready to up their summer body for bathing suit season?


I recently went in to Holcomb & Kreithen to meet with Dr. Kreithen for some QWO treatments.



If you’ve tried improving your diet and exercise but still struggle with cellulite on your buttocks, you’re not alone. It has always been an issue for me. Apparently up to 90% of adult women experience some degree of cellulite in their lower body!


QWO is the first FDA-approved injectable to treat moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women.



QWO is a combination of naturally-occurring collagenases that are injected directly into your cellulite dimples. Once injected, it immediately goes to work breaking down types 1 and 3 collagen that cause cellulite dimpling in the buttocks. Think of it as botox for your butt but better!



You will have three treatments and they are spaced two to four weeks apart.


Now for the pain level since I get asked that alot. If you have gotten a shot before or botox I would compare it to that. Slight pinching but hardly any pain. There is a good amount of bruising in the injection sight for the first few days but it will subside over the week. Also everyone bruises differently so my after bruising might be different then yours.



When I came in for my 2nd appointment I had already lost a few areas of cellulite and when I came in for my after photos at Holcomb & Kreithen from my final treatment I lost even more cellulite! I was blown away.


One of my favorite things about the treatment is that there is no down time! You can go in on your lunch break and go right back to work.



If you have been thinking about getting any work done I highly recommend Dr. Kreithen at Holcomb & Kreithen. Every time I get anything done with him he always makes me feel so comfortable. I have gotten botox, filler and QWO done by Dr. Kreithen and each time I leave Holcomb & Kreithen I feel even more confident.
