If you are a lover of ranch but are on the health fitness train🚂 like me..you will love this recipe!💕 🥑Avocado Ranch Dressing🥑 🔹️Ingredients:🔹️ 1 cup Buttermilk 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled 1 packet MCT//143™ (purchase HERE) 1 tsp dried dill 1 tsp dried chives 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp fresh lime juice 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 🔹️Instructions:🔹️ 1. Combine all ingredients in in a food processor or blender 2. Blend until smooth Add additional buttermilk for a thinner dressing. 3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. 4. Refrigerate left overs and store up to 3 days.
