My other beer is bourbon!

I had so much fun at the Beer, Bourbon, BBQ Festival last weekend at Curtis Hixon Park in Tampa, Fl. If you weren't able to attend you certainly missed out!



We all received a souvenir glass For the bourbon & beer tastings at check-in and our VIP wristbands. I was super impressed there were over 40 Bourbons and 60 Beers on Tap! Alot of beers and bourbons I have never tried before which was great! They even had seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters, and Pit Masters From the Deep South!



The VIP area had alot of fun nibbles to try. Bacon Mac & Cheese, Cuban Sandwiches, Potato Salad, Bacon Smoked Meatballs, Pulled Pork, Bacon Grilled Cheese, Chicken Wings, Cupcakes and plenty more! We were stuffed!



The weather was absolutely gorgeous and the rock band was jamming out to some Guns N Roses so I was one happy camper! If you have never been to Curtis Hixon Park it is in the heart of downtown Tampa and is right on the water. The views are gorgeous and when it is only a high of 75 it makes for the perfect venue!



I had alot of people ask me where I got my "My other beer is bourbon" tank at the event. I actually got it from Hopcloth and they were set-up at the event selling there fun graphic tees and tanks. I own a bunch of them! If you are beer drinker you need to check them out! Check out there tees HERE!


Can't wait for next years event already!! Great bourbons & beers, rockin out music, delicious bites and great friends.
