Uncorked Kickoff

Chef Todd Fisher -Celebrity Chef of the Monterey Bay killed it at Clearwater Beach Uncorked VIP media cooking event last night.❤

The event was held at Publix Aprons Cooking School of Citrus Park. Such a fun venue. I will defintely need to rent out for one of my next bloggers event! We were served four amazing courses: 🔹️Course 1: Dandy Super Sweet Corn Hummus With Celery and Radish Coins


🔹️Course 2: Fresh Ricotta, Celery, Citrus & Radish Salad with Blackberry-Basil Vinaigrette


🔹️Course 3: Grilled Swordfish with Dandy Radish Butter, Shaved Celery, Fingerling Potatoes & Rose Dressing


🔹️Course 4: Sweet Corn Tres Leches with Burnt Citrus Caramel


All paired with Meiomi Rose'. Which I may add is now my new favorite wine. So smooth & crisp. I highly recommend if you are a lover of wines like me.🍷
